How to Return Merchandise

Tips on sending your return package:

  • E+R wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you are having any buyers remorse, please contact us at shop@ellaandrubi.com within 7 days of your package arriving so we can begin the return process.  A full refund will be granted for items that have not been worn; all tags and packaging must still be attached and must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of its delivery to you.

  • Send via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.

  • To exchange for a different style or size, please contact us immediately at shop@ellaandrubi so we can take care of your needs or suggest an alternative item in the event yours in sold out.  Please remember we keep things UNCOMMON...so quantities are limited and many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind!

  • No returns or credits on any sale items. *All Sales Items are Final Sale*

  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.

  • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit has been issued. If you have an inquiry, call 503-577-8521 or e-mail us at shop@ellaandrubi.com.

International Returns

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
